Stuffed Bell Peppers with Sriracha Black Fire Sauce

Serves: 4


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Gently cut bell peppers’ crown and place them on a baking tray. Season it with salt.
  3. Fill each pepper with roasted minced meat, Sriracha Black Fire Extra Hot Chilli Sauce, cheese and add in your favourite veggies.
  4. Bake it for 10 minutes until the peppers are tender-crisp and cheese is browned.
  5. Sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano and basil. And, start tearing it apart!

  • 4 bell peppers
  • ½ cup Sriracha Super-Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cup minced meat (roasted)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (whichever you like)
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • Veggies as desired: brocolli, carrot, peas
  • 2 tsp basil leaves
