Honey Garlic Sriracha Salmon

To all the salmon lovers out there, here’s our treat for you. You may choose to bake, pan-fry, steam or grill your salmon. All ready in 30!


  1. In a small bowl, combine Thai Dragon Soy Sauce, Thai Dragon Black Fire Sauce, honey and garlic cloves.
  2. Mix well including herbs and gently add salmon fillets in the mixture. With the help of spatula, spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
  3. Let the salmon marinate in refrigerator for nearly 1.5 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 C. And prepare the baking tray with cooking spray and salmon placed over it.
  5. Bake salmon for about 15 minutes or until cooked well.
  6. Serve sizzling hot with a garnish of parsley, black pepper or toasted sesame seeds.

  • 3 salmon filets (skinned)
  • 1 tbsp Thai Dragon Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Thai Dragon Black Fire Sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • Choicest Veggies (to serve alongside)
  • Herbs & salt (for seasoning)
