Method

  1. In a mixing bowl add shredded chicken, lettuce, cherry tomato & spring onion.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Drizzle sriracha mayo, sriracha sauce& wasabi sriracha.
  4. Mix well and then fill them in lettuce cups and serve.

  • Shredded boiled chicken 100 gm
  • Cherry tomatoes halves 10 no
  • Shredded lettuce 40 gm
  • Spring onion chopped 2 springs
  • Lemon juice 1/4
  • Salt & pepper for taste
  • Thai dragon sriracha mayo 1 tsp
  • Thai dragon sriracha 1 tsp
  • Thai dragon wasabi sriracha 1 tsp
  • Iceberg lettuce cups to serve
