  1. In a mixing bowl start add the ingredients.
  2. Onions, carrots, cucumber, mix salad leaves, avocado, mix peppers, white sesame seeds, cherry tomatoes.
  3. Then drizzle lemon juice, followed by Thai dragon soy, hot sriracha and olive oil. Add salt and pepper as required.
  4. Combine well serve in a bowl sprinkle mustard cress over it.
  5. A perfect side dish to your meal.


  • Sliced onion half
  • Julienne of carrots half
  • Diced cucumber half
  • Mix salad leaves 100 gm
  • diced avocado half
  • Diced yellow peppers half
  • Diced red peppers half
  • White sesame seeds 2 pinch
  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Thai Dragon Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice half
  • Cherry tomato halves 4 no
  • Thai dragon soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard cress few sprinkle
  • Salt and pepper to taste
