Olivier Salad with Sriracha Mayonnaise

A traditional Russian dish. Commonly known as Russian Salad! Our twist to the recipe: Thai Dragon Sriracha Chilli Mayonnaise.


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large pot. Be as gentle as possible.
  2. Stir in Sriracha Mayo. Adjust the quantity as per your taste buds.
  3. Feel free to add in Thai Dragon Sriracha Black Fire to get the desired kick.
  4. Season with herbs, spices and garnish with fresh dill and serve (Note: Don’t overcook or over boil the veggies)

  • 5 cups Thai Dragon Sriracha Chilli Mayonnaise
  • 600g chicken (grilled & shredded)
  • 8 eggs (boiled)
  • 4 potatoes (cooked & chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (cubed)
  • 2 carrots (cooked & chopped)
  • 2 mid-sized shallots (cubed)
  • 5 cups frozen peas
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Dill (for garnishing)
