Spicy Shrimp Burgers with Sriracha Mayo

A brilliantly tasty burger with the crispy texture, and of course, healthy too! Shhhh….. A lot has been said….. Make it to believe it!


  1. Grind up half the shrimps and salmon fillets, scallions, garlic, celery, cilantro in a food processor into a coarse paste.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and add remaining shrimps and salmon, Sriracha sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and seasoning.
  3. Shape them into 4 patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan, add olive oil and fry the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are firm and cooked through.
  5. Pick up your burger bun, spread Sriracha Mayo, top it up with red lettuce, load it up with shrimp salmon patty, making some room for seaweed and shrimps.
  6. Repeat the process for 3 more burgers and gulp it down.

  • 200g shrimps (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 salmon fillets (skinless and chopped)
  • 3 scallions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup Sriracha Mayo
  • ½ cup Sriracha Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 celery stalk (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g Seaweed
  • 2 red Lettuce (shredded)
  • 4 toasted sesame burger buns (toasted)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (freshly ground)
